About me
Come on you can’t seriously care ? Be honest!
But just in case here goes.
Born in Britain in the early 6o’s (very early), I was dragged kicking and screaming, definitely crying, to Australia by my parents at an early age. Yes we were “Migrants”, “Ten Pound Tourists”, “Poms”, “New Australians”, whatever name you want to put on it.
With hindsight it was the best thing that they could do for me as Australia was then, and mostly still is, a country of opportunity and “wealth for toil” and I love the fact that it is “girt by sea”.
After gaining independence I have led a slightly nomadic existence, having now worked in most Australian cities, a chunk of the countryside and travelled and worked overseas.
Currently residing in Brisbane.
